Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie

I can’t believe it is April time is just flying away, people always tell you when you become a mother time goes by so must fast.  It is true.  My to do list never shrinks, it just gets longer and longer.  What i learned is you just become better at prioritizing and doing things differently.  I think i have have told folks here before that i only do grocery shopping once a week, i only cook on Sundays for the week, and i make breakfasts and lunches the night before.  This is the only way i can now function and feel i get things done and not stress.

So for breakfasts i am always looking for healthy quick alternatives.  Add this peanut butter banana breakfast smoothie is one of those recipes.  Less than 5 minutes to make and it will fill you up until lunch.

This recipe is part of the monthly Secret Recipe Club “assignment!” Every month you get a name of a blog and you need to choose ANY recipe from that blog and then blog about that recipe by a date. It’s a secret because the blog owner does not know you are doing this until the reveal date. My secret blog this month was Authentic Simplicity, which is written by Anne.  Anne does not only write a food blog, but more a healthy lifestyle blog.  And i have lots in common with her, i am totally on board with what she believes   I eat 100% organic unless we go out, i am all about eating none processed food, and believe that process foods will take time of your life.  Especially after having a child i am just more cautious on what i put in my month, and on my skin.  You don’t realize how much toxins you inhale until you start reading labels.

If you want to live a good life, it’s simple, if you don’t know each ingredient on the label don’t eat it!

    I totally agree with your
    philosophies! Just wish I
    had been pickier about the
    processed foods when my kids
were little, as it is easier to
add foods to their diets than
it is to take them away!

Can’t wait to try this recipe–
    thank you!

Una cosa es que haya una gran caterva de moviles
chinos entre “clones” y marcas baratas malas (luego que hay
alguna decente como Jiayu (que su g4s me parecio bastante aceptable) que manchan la imagen de los
    moviles chinos de calidad.
